Best The Beer Lovers Cheese Making Kit Made In The Uk

The Beer Lover’s Cheese Making Kit is a fun kitchen project for anyone who loves cheese and beer! Ideal for gifting and rainy days at home, the kit contains everything you need to make two varieties of fresh, beer-infused cheese. There are enough ingredients to make twelve batches so you can share your cheesy creations with friends and family.

The cheese making kit includes recipes for two types of cheese: a beer-battered Cypriot style cheese (similar to halloumi) and ‘ale-washed cheese curds’ (similar to the squeaky cheese curds used in Canadian poutine). The halloumi-style cheese is perfect for grilling and barbecuing, while the cheese curds are delicious with gravy on chunky chips.

The kit includes:

• Step-by-step instructions and a recipe booklet
• Muslin
• Dairy thermometer
• Vegetarian rennet
• Organic sea salt
• 10g mint
• 10g paprika
• 10g lemon pepper

The Beer Lover’s Cheese Making Kit is vegetarian and gluten-free. Impress party guests with homemade cheese to pair with your favourite ales and lagers!
