Sale Red Wine Salt Flakes, 80g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Scatter red wine salt flakes over roast beef and grilled salmon. It has a delicate flavour and the rich aroma of red wine.

Mill & Mortar sources their salt from Villena, Spain. The delicate flakes are harvested by hand and dried in the sun. The salt is then infused with Spanish red wine.

Deep pink in colour, red wine salt tastes as good as it looks. It’s best used as a finishing salt to showcase its unique flavour and aroma. The pink flakes look striking on top of steamed fish and seafood.

Mill & Mortar recommends pairing red wine salt with fried meat. Sprinkle a little over lamb cutlets or Chateaubriand before serving. It also adds great flavour to rich, wine-infused gravies.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
