Hot Morello Sour Cherry Biscuits, 120g Cakes & Bakery|Ingredients Brands

Elevate your mid-morning tea break with these Morello sour cherry biscuits. Small and soft, these buttery biscuits are ideal for snacking on the sofa or sharing with friends. They have a sour, fruity tang from the cherries which is both refreshing and addictive. Morello cherries are smaller and darker than other varieties and often candied to use in baking and desserts. Their intense flavour is a perfect match for the buttery indulgence of shortbread.

These all-butter biscuits are baked short and slow for the perfect crumbly texture. They’re great with coffee and hot chocolate or as a sweet treat on their own. Keep them in your cupboard for everyday snacking or give them as a gift to friends and family.
