Online Vanilla Powder, 20g Ingredients Brands|Herbs & Spices

Flavour cakes and biscuits with Terre Exotique vanilla powder. It has a warm, sweet aroma and delicate vanilla flavour.

The powder is made from finely ground Mexican vanilla pods. Its flavour is slightly less powerful than seeds and extracts, but it’s easier to measure and use. A small pinch is enough to flavour most desserts and baked goods.

Enjoy the rich taste of vanilla with no need to split or scrape a pod. This fragrant powder is ready to use at a moment’s notice. You can use it to infuse milk and crème pâtissière for éclairs and mille-feuille.

Bakers use vanilla powder to flavour cakes, cookies and crumbles. It adds subtle sweetness to pancakes and waffles, too.

Vanilla powder can also be used in savoury recipes. Try adding a pinch to a butter sauce for scallops or lobster tails.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

About Terre Exotique

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.

The company works closely with farmers to preserve natural habitats, and to ensure a sustainable income for local communities. Each spice is carefully packed in pouches – the opaque packaging preserves the flavours and aroma of your spice, by protecting them from sunlight. So the ingredients stay at their best for longer.
