New Organic Malabar Green Peppercorn, 25g Ingredients Brands|Indian Ingredients

Malabar green peppercorns have a bright, fresh flavour. They’re milder than black pepper but can be used in the same way.

Mill & Mortar’s green peppercorns are grown in Kerala, a coastal state of southern India. The green berries are freeze dried to preserve their colour and flavour. You can use them whole or crush them to release their piquant aroma.

Malabar green pepper is ideal for salad dressings, fish dishes and peppercorn sauce. Pair it with black and pink peppercorns for a stunning sauce for steaks.

Sprinkle crushed green pepper over fresh cheeses like feta and ricotta. Its mild, fresh flavour also works well with grilled vegetables.

You can use the pepper as it is or soak the berries in water to restore their fresh consistency.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
