New Cast Iron Lean Grill Pan, 38cm (15inch) Pots & Pans

Use the Finex lean grill pan to give steaks, fish and vegetables that irresistible chargrilled flavour. Made from heavy duty cast iron, the pan heats quickly and evenly for perfect results every time. The barbecue-width grill ribs produce gorgeous grill marks and keep your food above any fat so that it grills rather than frying or boiling.

This Finex grill pan features easy-grip edges so you can easily transfer it from your hob or oven to a heat-proof mat on your countertop. It’s also easy to tilt the pan to drain away any fat or preserve cooking juices to make sauces and gravies. Try using it to cook marinated chicken escalopes or firm fish like halibut for a quick, healthy supper.

This cast iron grill pan can be used in your oven, barbecue and on all hob types, including induction. It’s pre-seasoned with flaxseed oil, so it’s ready to use straight out of the box.

Clean in warm soapy water immediately after use – the pan will be easier to clean when it’s warm. Dry thoroughly and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil. Each time you cook, a patina of oil will build up, making this pan increasingly non-stick with every use.

Top features of Finex range:

• Stainless steel handles that cool very quickly
• Already hand-seasoned with organic flaxseed oil
• Ultra-polished, non-stick cooking surface
• Patented octagonal ‘multi-pour’ design – pours at any angle that suits you
• Thick base for constant, even heating
• Made in the USA
