Best Spun Iron Baking Griddle with Handles, 12″ Baking Supplies & Equipment

Netherton Foundry’s baking griddle is perfect for pizza and bread. Use it with a baking cloche for loaves with a crisp, golden crust.

Heat up your griddle with your oven, and an additional 10-15min when the oven is up to temperature to ensure a piping hot griddle for perfectly crisp pizza bases and bread bottoms. It can also be used on barbecues and open fires.

Spun iron is lighter than cast iron but with the same patina-building qualities. It becomes more non-stick over time. It’s extremely durable and easy to clean and care for.

This heavy duty griddle is very versatile. You can also use it on your hob to make American pancakes or crumpets, or why not some home-made muffins for breakfast.

The baking griddle comes pre-seasoned with flax oil so you can start cooking straight away.
