Hot Stainless Steel Dredger with Fine Mesh French Ingredients|Kitchen Tools & Utensils

The De Buyer stainless-steel dredger with fine mesh is a convenient tool for adding a final dusting of icing sugar or cocoa powder to cakes and pastries. The fine mesh ensures a thin, even layer free of any lumps.

Fill the dredger with flour and keep on hand when kneading bread dough or rolling pastry and biscuit dough. Simply sprinkle over the work surface to prevent sticking whenever you need it. Or even use with your favourite spice blend to shake over chips and vegetables before roasting.

Dishwasher safe.
