Hot No 113 Violet Beechwood Handle Serrated Paring Knife, 10cm Kitchen Knives

The Opinel No. 113 paring knife has a micro-serrated blade. Made from Sandvik steel, it’s hard-wearing and resistant to corrosion. The violet handle is made from varnished beechwood.

A serrated knife is a must-have tool for any chef. The micro-serrations cut cleanly through most fruits and vegetables. Use it to slice tomatoes and boiled eggs without squashing them.

Serrated blades are also useful for breads and cakes. The blade glides through soft rolls and brioche without crushing or tearing.

You can use the knife’s sharp tip to hull strawberries or devein prawns.

Sandvik steel has a high carbon content for excellent cutting quality. The blade stays sharp, even after frequent use. Varnish protects the wooden handle from dirt and moisture.

If you’re looking to upgrade your paring knife, the Opinel No. 113 is a great choice. The colourful handle adds character to your kitchen.
