Hot Cherry Rocher Plum Ratafia Aperitif, 700ml French Ingredients|Drinks

Cherry Rocher plum ratafia is a smooth, sweet liqueur with a rich stone fruit flavour. Ratafia is popular in Spain, Italy, and the north-east of France, where it is typically served chilled as an aperitif or digestif. The intense plum fragrance and fruity sweetness is balanced by a hint of acidity, so it’s an ideal pairing for dried fruit, nuts and biscuits.

Add a splash of plum ratafia to a glass of Champagne or pour it over vanilla ice cream for a quick dinner party dessert. Its unique flavour and fragrance is sure to be a talking point amongst your guests. Try serving it with your cheeseboard instead of port or use it in place of other fruity liqueurs in a gin cocktail.
