Discount Origin Madagascar 67.4% Dark Chocolate Chips, 2.5kg Ingredients Brands|Chocolate & Sweets

Callebaut dark chocolate chips have a rich, roasted cocoa flavour. They’re made from single origin 67% chocolate from Madagascar. Use them to create indulgent chocolate desserts, baked goods and confectionery.

Madagascan cocoa has an intense flavour with tempered bitterness. Expect a hint of sourness and notes of red fruit and citrus. The dark chocolate couverture melts easily for chocolate making, dipping and drizzling.

Pair dark chocolate with sweet ingredients to balance its bitterness. It works beautifully with honey, speculoos and caramel. Dark chocolate can stand up to bold flavours like coffee, liqueurs and spices.

Use Callebaut’s dark chocolate chips to make Easter eggs and truffles. Or, create a shiny glaze for celebration cakes.
