Discount Medium Grain Rice, 1kg Korean Ingredients|Japanese Ingredients

Perfect for making sushi or serving alongside a Japanese meal, this nishiki rice is medium-grained and plump. The fat round rice grains retain starch better than longer-grained varieties (such as basmati rice), which helps the rice to stick together and hold its shape when rolled into sushi.
