Clearance Peuegot Lanka Cinnamon Mill, 22cm Kitchen Tools & Utensils

Use the Peugeot Lanka cinnamon mill to turn cinnamon sticks into fine, fragrant powder. The flavour and aroma of freshly ground cinnamon is irresistible. Its warming, woody notes will transform your sweet and savoury recipes.

The stainless steel mill uses a shaker and steel ball system to crush the cinnamon sticks. Then, Peugeot’s trademark mill mechanism grinds the shards. The result is an ultra-fine powder with a sweet and spicy taste.

Add a pinch of freshly ground cinnamon to hot chocolate and custard tarts. It adds notes of warming spice to French toast and sticky toffee pudding. It’s great in savoury dishes, too. You will find it in recipes for Moroccan tagines and Punjabi chicken curry.

This stylish cinnamon mill is a great gift for chefs and bakers. Enjoy the taste and aroma of freshly ground cinnamon in seconds. Whether you’re baking buns or babka, this kitchen gadget is a must-have.
