Season chips and souvlaki with Ergon Originals Greek fleur de sel. It’s light and flaky with a briny, mineral flavour. Fleur de sel is typically used as a finishing salt, added to your dish just before serving. It retains its crisp texture better than other salts.

This salt comes from Mesolongi in western Greece. It’s harvested by hand from the region’s pristine salt marshes. It’s 100% natural and unrefined.

Fleur de sel has a clean, powerful taste. You will find it in restaurant kitchens all around the world. Chefs use it as a finishing salt for steaks and grilled fish. It’s fantastic on eggs and potato dishes like rosti and gratin.

Scatter the delicate crystal over green salads and pan con tomate. Or, sprinkle it over a chocolate tart to offset its sweetness.
