Best Oliva Luxe Scalloped Edge Santoku, 16cm Kitchen Knives

The Messermeister Oliva Luxe scalloped edge santoku knife is a versatile all-rounder. This chef’s knife can handle all sorts of kitchen prep, from dicing meat to slicing vegetables.

The scalloped edge prevents ingredients from sticking to the blade while you slice. The thin tapered blade allows for maximum precision and cutting control. It’s ideal for fine slicing and powerful enough to chop meat and tough vegetables.

Messermeister’s Oliva Luxe knives are made with premium stainless steel. This makes them durable and resistant to stains and corrosion. The ultra-sharp blade will keep its edge for a long time but can be easily sharpened if required.

Each knife is made from a single piece of hammer forged metal. They are beautifully balanced and strong from heel to tip.

The Oliva range is named after their beautiful Italian olive wood handles. The wood has a sleek polished finish.

This santoku knife is a great addition to your knife collection. It would make a fantastic gift for any keen cook.

This knife is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash in warm water and avoid cleaners containing citrus and beach. You can oil the handle with food safe mineral or rapeseed oil to prevent splitting and protect the wooden finish.
