Best Candied Yuzu Peel, 30g Ingredients Brands|Japanese Ingredients

Add chopped candied yuzu peel to cakes and biscuits to add a Japanese twist to your baking. The candying process takes the bitter edge off the yuzu peel, leaving you with the sweet, citrus flavours and faint floral notes of this iconic Japanese fruit.

You can also use the candied yuzu peel to garnish desserts – try a sinfully dark chocolate mousse – or even on fish and seafood dishes to add a touch of sweet citrus.
