Short Grain Sushi Rice Japanese Ingredients|Pasta, Rice & Beans

Use yumenishiki rice to accompany all of your Japanese main meals – such as katsu curry, or as the base for a hearty bowl of donburi. The premium quality rice is large-grained and fluffy in texture, with the classic stickiness that makes Japanese short grain rice so easy to mould into sushi.

This 5kg bag will keep you well stocked and prepared for many Japanese meals. Yumenishiki rice is grown using traditional methods in Italy, under careful supervision by Japanese rice-growing professionals.
