Sale Quince Vinegar, 250ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Drizzle this wonderful quince vinegar over strong, hard cheeses and bitter leaf salads. It’s made from the juice of ripe quince which is combined with sugar and vinegar and left to age for 12 months. Once the flavours have developed, the fruity vinegar has a sweet-sour flavour that is citrusy and pleasantly sharp. It’s a great addition to sauces and marinades for duck and game as it will cut through the richness of the meat. Try adding a splash to cocktails or using it in a sticky glaze for roasted parsnips.
