Sale Puglian Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil In Tin, 250ml Italian Ingredients|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Drizzle this chilli-flavoured extra virgin olive oil over penne arrabiata or a margherita pizza topped with molten mozzarella. Produced in Puglia, the cold-pressed oil has a mild chilli kick that’s perfect for spicing up salad dressings, marinades and barbecued meat and fish. With a pleasing peppery finish, Galantino’s chilli oil will soon become a go-to finishing oil in your kitchen. Try swirling it over soups, braised lentils and roasted vegetables.

Galantino is based in the town of Bisceglie, Puglia – the region that produces more olives than any other in the world. The medieval town is steeped in history, perched on the Adriatic coast and surrounded by ancient olive groves. Galantino’s oil is renowned for its quality and consistency, and holds protected status (PDO). The family olive mill has been pressing oil since 1926, and is run today by the third generation. All their olives are carefully selected and washed before being crushed on traditional stone mills.

Presented in a stylish striped tin, this flavoured olive oil will look (and taste) fantastic in your kitchen. It’s an ideal gift for keen cooks and Italian food lovers.
