The honey is sourced from the Canterbury region of New Zealand. This area is known for its pristine and diverse natural environment.

Manuka honey is sought after for its health benefits and culinary uses. Use it in place of sugar to sweeten baked goods and fruit smoothies. It’s wonderful on toast or paired with strong cheeses.

This velvety smooth honey has a complex flavour profile. It’s rich and sweet with notes of malt and caramel. Mix it with mustard to make a glaze for root vegetables. Or, add a spoonful to a stir fry to balance salty, spicy flavours.

Manuka honey has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s rich in antioxidants and great for soothing sore throats. The MGO rating indicates the strength of the honey’s antibacterial properties. The higher the number, the greater the potency.

Store in a cool, dry place.
