Sale Make Your Own Gin Bramble Cocktail Mix, 110g Ingredients Brands|Drinks

With the Make Your Gin Bramble cocktail mix, you can play bartender for the night and impress even the fussiest of cocktail connoisseurs. You just need to plan ahead, because the ingredients need to infuse in a bottle of gin for 24-48 hours for maximum flavour. Once the gin is ready, strain a 35ml measure over ice in a short glass and add a splash of soda or lemonade. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh blackberries, if you’re feeling fancy.

Invented in the 1980s by mixologist Dick Bradsell, the Bramble combines dry gin with sugar syrup, zingy lemon juice and blackberry liqueur. The result is a refreshing cocktail that is equal parts sweet and sour – perfect for parties and evenings with friends.

The Make Your Own Bramble cocktail mix makes 20 cocktails.
