Spice up your favourite recipes with Mill & Mortar’s chillies gift set. The book-shaped box contains three kinds of chilli to get your taste buds tingling.

The chillies gift set contains:

• Chipotle – These smoky, fruity chilli flakes are made from dried jalapeño peppers. Their earthy, medium hot flavour works well in marinades chilli con carne. Sprinkle it over eggs or add a pinch to a slow cooked birria stew.
• Jalapeño – Jalapeño flakes add fruity heat to tacos and fajitas. The dried flakes have a bright, herb-like flavour. Scatter them over avocado toast for breakfast with a bit of a kick.
• Cayenne – Cayenne pepper is hot and fruity with earthy undertones. You will find it in many Cajun, Creole and Mexican recipes. Use it to spice up beef mince for burritos and enchiladas. Or, add a pinch to salsa with tomatoes and coriander.

This gift set is perfect for spice lovers and adventurous cooks. Buy it for a chilli-loving friend or keep it for yourself to explore the different flavours.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
