Outlet Touhai ShaoXing Rice Wine 5 Years Aged, 500ml Ingredients Brands|Japanese Ingredients

This shaoxing rice wine is aged for five years to intensify its flavour. It’s produced by Pagoda, one of China’s most popular rice wine brands. The wine is amber in colour with an aroma similar to Oloroso sherry. Serve chilled and sip slowly to appreciate its smooth, mellow taste.

This rice wine has a hint of sweetness that lingers on the palate. It’s a wonderful accompaniment to a Chinese meal. Presented in a red box, aged rice wine is a great gift for any Chinese food lover.

Superior quality rice wines are typically served with food or enjoyed as a digestif. However, you can also use the fragrant wine in Chinese cookery. Save it for dishes where shaoxing wine is the main ingredient and you want its flavour to shine through. It’s perfect for drunken chicken and delicate seafood sauces.
