Outlet TechnIQ Non-Stick Skillet Pots & Pans

Use the SCANPAN TechnIQ skillet to sear a sirloin steak or fry a delicate piece of fish. Made in Denmark, this sleek, modern frying pan is a versatile addition to your cookware collection.

• The skillet has low, slanted sides to give you space to move and turn your food as it cooks.
• The flared sides also help steam to dissipate faster for more efficient searing.
• The extra-long handle is great for keeping the pan in motion and for tipping ingredients out once they’re cooked.

SCANPAN’s Stratanium+ non-stick coating allows you to cook with very little, if any, fat or oil, even at high temperatures. It is the only non-stick coating that can braise, sear and deglaze when cooking. It is extremely robust, easy to clean, 100% PFOA free and dishwasher safe.

This resilient coating prevents food from sticking and makes the pan ultra-durable and easy to clean.

It can even withstand the use of metal utensils and go in the dishwasher!

SCANPAN teamed up with professional chefs to apply their insights and experience to the TechnIQ series. The result is a range of premium cookware that delivers outstanding culinary results.

This non-stick skillet is available in two sizes: 26cm and 30cm

SCANPAN cookware is made from recycled aluminium, making it an ideal choice for eco-conscious homes. The pans are suitable for gas, electric and induction hobs.

What cooking oil can I use?You can use any kind of cooking oil you like! But never use aerosol cooking sprays – these sprays contain chemicals which burn at very low temperatures and leave residues behind that are difficult and often impossible to remove. Damage/stubborn residue due to cooking spray is not covered under Scanpan’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Can I put it in the dishwasher? You can… However, it’s well documented that over time you will dry your non-stick out if you place it in the dishwasher everyday, so Scanpan recommends hand-washing where possible.

Dishwasher safe. Oven Safe to 250 C. Suitable for use on induction hobs.

About SCANPAN
