Outlet Prim Appety Stainless Steel Saute Pan, 28cm French Ingredients|Pots & Pans

The De Buyer Prim Appety stainless-steel saute pan is a professional-quality saute pan for your home. Because it’s stainless steel the pan is durable, dishwasher safe and easy to maintain. And with De Buyer’s magnetic, heat diffusing base it’s compatible with induction cookers, too.

Use the Prim Appety saute pan to brown meat before stewing and to reduce sauces. The high sides are also great for shallow frying. The curved edge forms a pouring lip all the way around the pan, for the easy transfer of oils and sauces from pan to plate, bowl, jar or bottle.

Prim Appety pans have an elegant satin polished finish.

Dishwasher safe.

All De Buyer Pans have a convex shape to the base of 1-2%. This stabilises the pan during the heating process and prevents the pan from potential warping.
