Outlet Oliva Luxe Nakiri Knife, 16.5cm Kitchen Knives

Messermeister’s Oliva Luxe nakiri knife will cut your prep time in half. Beautifully balanced and easy to control, it’s great for chopping and slicing vegetables. The blade is square with a straight edge, like a small cleaver.

Nakiri knives originated in Japan during the Edo period. The flat, sharp blade is ideal for rapid chopping, dicing and fine slicing. It’s powerful enough to cut into hard-skinned vegetables like celeriac and pumpkin. You can use the flat side of the blade to transfer ingredients from board to pan.

The raised handle position gives you excellent control over the knife. Use it to quickly slice onions or shred cabbage for homemade coleslaw.

Why choose Messermeister Oliva knives?

• Handcrafted in Solingen, Germany.
