Outlet Minus 8 Vinegar Veget8, 200ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Drizzle Veget8 vinegar over salads and vegetable soups. It has a sweet-sour taste with mouthwatering acidity. The initial flavour is of ripe tomatoes, followed by notes of cucumber and green mango.

Veget8 vinegar is made in small batches at the Minus 8 vineyard. It starts with Cabernet Franc grapes which are made into ice wine and then vinegar. This is combined with vinegar made from locally grown Roma tomatoes.

Veget8’s light, herbal flavours work beautifully in dressings and marinades. You can use it as a finishing vinegar or in homemade condiments. It gives ketchup and BBQ sauce a satisfying tang.

This unique vinegar is perfect for tomato-based dishes. Swirl it over tomato soup or a tomato and red onion salad. A small spoonful lifts the flavour of pasta sauces and gazpacho.

Try adding a splash to a Bloody Mary or tequila-based cocktail. Veget8’s fresh, zingy flavour is fantastic in a margarita.

About Minus 8
