Encona Original Hot Pepper Sauce is a fruity, fiery condiment from the West Indies. It has a cult following amongst hot sauce enthusiasts.

This hot and spicy sauce has been made to the same recipe for over 40 years. It gets its heat from habanero and Scotch bonnet peppers. We love its tangy, savoury kick.
