Online Oliva Luxe Steak Knife, 13cm Kitchen Knives

Messermeister’s Oliva Luxe steak knife is a stylish tool for meat lovers. The razor-sharp blade glides through your favourite cuts with ease. It’s made from high carbon steel which is famous for its durability and edge retention.

The blade curves upwards to a fine point. It’s designed to be pulled rather than pushed through the meat. This delivers uniform slices of your desired thickness without tearing the meat. Use the powerful blade to slice rib eyes, veal chops and flat iron steaks.

Why choose Messermeister Oliva knives?

• Handcrafted in Solingen, Germany.
• Oliva Luxe knives are formed from single pieces of hammer-forged steel. This creates a strong and powerful blade.
• High carbon 1.4116 stainless steel is rust and stain resistant and retains a sharp edge.
• The knife is easy to resharpen – ideal for regular use.
• The olive wood handle is not only beautiful but also extremely durable. Olive wood is naturally water repellent and stain resistant.

Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately. Do not put the knives in the dishwasher. Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts. Oil the handle regularly to protect the finish and prevent splitting.
