Online Non-Stick Savarin Cake Mould, 24cm Baking Supplies & Equipment

Create stunning cakes and desserts with the De Buyer non-stick savarin mould. The 24cm cake mould is made from durable stainless steel. The non-stick coating ensures that sweet creations release easily after baking.

Use this donut-shaped mould to bake a traditional French savarin. The yeasted cake is soaked in sweet, citrusy syrup – often flavoured with orange liqueur. Top the cake with Chantilly cream and fresh fruit before serving.

Made in France, this cake mould is perfect for celebratory bakes. It heats evenly and to very high temperatures to ensure even baking. You can also use it as a mould for jellies and blancmange.

For best results, lightly grease the mould before use. This will ensure the easy release of your cake or dessert.

Not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher. Wash by hand with a soft sponge. Avoid metal utensils which may scratch the non-stick coating.
