New Ultra Spaghettoni Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta, 500g Ingredients Brands|Italian Ingredients

Spaghettoni is thicker than standard spaghetti and has a little more bite. It has a textured surface that helps sauces and seasonings to stick. Serve it with fresh basil pesto or toss with chilli, garlic and white crab meat.

The long, slender strands are perfect for carbonara. Twirl it around your fork to trap pieces of crispy, salty guanciale.

Filotea pasta is slow dried and bronze drawn. This process gives it a rough, porous texture that helps sauces to cling. Once cooked, it has a silky mouthfeel with a little bite, just like fresh pasta.

Durum wheat pasta is firmer than egg pasta and has a subtle nutty flavour. It’s ideal for vegans and anyone avoiding eggs.

Cooking time: 11-13 minutes

Store in a cool, dry place.
