New Sunita Organic Light Tahini, 280g Ingredients Brands|Sauces & Condiments

This light, creamy tahini is made from ground sesame seeds. It has a rich, nutty flavour that’s great for dressings and marinades.

This organic tahini gives hummus a savoury depth of flavour. Add a spoonful to creamy dips or crunchy slaw for kebabs and koftas.

In Israel, tahini is used to make a light, smooth sauce. The sesame paste is slowly whisked with water, lemon juice, salt and minced garlic. Drizzle tahini sauce over falafel, white fish and roasted vegetables.

Tahini is also used in baking to flavour cakes and pastries. Try this recipe for sweet tahini rolls topped with sesame seeds.
