New Red Chicken Brick Cooker, 9 Litre French Ingredients|Pots & Pans

Cook the perfect Sunday lunch with Emile Henry’s red chicken brick cooker. Made from their signature ceramic, it’s a fantastic way to cook large poultry.

The brick cooker’s unique shape guarantees excellent heat diffusion. The domed lid allows steam to circulate so the meat stays tender and skin becomes crisp.

The lid also traps in moisture so you don’t have to baste your bird while it cooks. It’s perfect for chicken, turkey or even a leg of lamb.

The brick cooker is very easy to use. Simply place your chicken in the centre of the dish, close the lid and place in the oven. You can rest the bird on a bed of vegetables or potatoes, if you like.

This ceramic roaster is a fun, no-fuss way to cook poultry. The meat will be juicy and flavoursome and the skin deliciously crisp.

This chicken brick cooker is made in France and comes with a 10 year guarantee.
