New Mustard With Summer Truffle, 110g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Use the Maison Bremond mustard with summer truffle as an upgrade to this condiment classic. This strong peppery Dijon-style mustard is offset by the savoury notes of summer truffle for a balanced, rich flavour. Summer truffle has a milder taste than winter black truffle, hence it doesn’t overpower the distinctive bitter kick of mustard but offers a luxurious umami complement.

This truffle mustard is perfect with flame-grilled steak or mixed with mayonnaise for a twist on a classic potato salad. It is also a great way to add intense savouriness to creamy sauces like a bernaise or bechamel.
