New Assistent Original Stand Mixer, Light Cream Kitchen Electricals

The Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer in light cream is a powerful kitchen tool for keen cooks and bakers. With its sleek design, large capacity and clever attachments, it will revolutionise the way you cook at home. Unlike conventional mixers, the Assistent Original is designed to mimic hand kneading. The bowl rotates, as well as the mixing arm, like a baker working with both hands. Ideal for making cakes, cookies and bread, this fantastic stand mixer won’t overheat or overwork your dough.

The large stainless steel mixing bowl can handle up to 5kg of dough at a time, even stiff and heavy mixtures. You can safely reach in to add more ingredients or scrape the sides of the bowl while the dough is being mixed. The smaller plastic bowl is ideal for whisking and beating. Despite its powerful motor, the Assistent Original is very quiet and won’t move around on your worktop, even at full speed. The machine regulates its speed according to the load. You can even set a timer (up to 12 minutes) for fuss-free, hands-off dough mixing.

A wide range of accessories is available so you can use the stand mixer to make pasta, squeeze citrus fruits, shred vegetables and make ice cream.
