Hot Scrap Cooking Set of 3 Stainless Steel Macaroon Piping Nozzles Baking Supplies & Equipment

Use this set of piping nozzles to make bite-sized macaroons. These meringue-based sandwich cookies are made with almond flour, sugar and egg whites. Food colouring can be used to create crisp outer shells in pretty pastel colours.

The set includes three nozzles made from food grade stainless steel. Use the round nozzle to pipe circles of macaroon mixture onto baking parchment. You can draw circles ahead of time to ensure they are all the same size or use a macaroon pastry mat.

The star and flower nozzles are perfect for filling your macaroons. Experiment with smooth ganache and rich buttercream. Once you’ve mastered the art, you can get creative with fun flavours and colours. Homemade macaroons will delight dinner guests and make lovely edible gifts.
