Hot Raspberry Inspiration Drops, 250g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Valrhona Raspberry Inspiration couverture drops create professional-quality pastries and desserts. You can use it like chocolate to make Easter eggs and silky ganache.

The sweet-tart raspberry flavour is wonderful for summer desserts. Use the drops to make mousses or a tangy glaze for choux buns and éclairs.

Valhrona Inspiration drops are made with cocoa butter, sugar and raspberry powder. They capture the intense berry flavour of ripe raspberries. Couverture is ideal for tempering, thanks to its high cocoa butter percentage. It melts easily and has an attractive glossy sheen.

Unlike fresh berries or fruit purée, couverture pieces deliver bold fruit flavour without adding water to your recipe. This preserves the texture of your sponge or glaze.

Dairy-free couverture drops are great for baking and patisserie work. They deliver intense flavour and vibrant colour. The drops are a popular choice in professional kitchens as they can be heated quickly and easily.

Store in a cool, dry place (16-18°C). Reseal after use to maintain the freshness of the chocolate.
