Hot Polar Blue Velvet Spray, 400ml Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Transform cakes and desserts with Déco Relief polar blue velvet spray. It gives them a smooth, velvety finish that any pastry chef would be proud of. The deep blue colour is perfect for winter and under-the-sea themed bakes.

The spray is composed of a cocoa butter base tinted with food colouring. The spray cans are convenient and easy to use, even for novice cooks. Each spray can cover 5-6 standard size cakes.

For best results, ensure the spray is at room temperature for four hours before use. Shake well before spraying a fine layer over your creation. A distance of 25-30cm is recommended for a smooth, even covering. Leave to dry for at least one hour before consuming.

Polar blue velvet spray is a luxurious finishing touch for iced cakes and chocolate truffles. Use it to add a touch of sparkle to white chocolate bombes and Yule logs. It can also be used on frozen desserts such as semifreddo.

Déco Relief products are used by top chefs and patissiers across France. Use them at home to give cakes, macarons and desserts a professional finish. The range includes velvet sprays, edible glitter and food colours in beautiful vibrant shades.
