Hot Pasta L’Antica Multicolour Pasta Gnocchetti, 500g Ingredients Brands|Pasta, Rice & Beans

Use Pasta L’Antica multicoloured gnocchetti to make colourful pasta dishes for family and friends. The rainbow colours are created by adding natural ingredients like squid ink, beetroot and tomato to the pasta dough.

The little gnocchetti have deep ridges for creamy sauces and meaty ragus to cling to. Use the dried pasta to make gnocchetti alla Sorrentina, a southern Italian dish of pasta baked in tomato sauce with basil and gooey mozzarella. It’s rich, comforting and totally delicious!

Made from 100% Italian durum wheat, the gnocchetti cooks in 8-10 minutes. Keep it in your store cupboard for speedy suppers with authentic Italian flavour.
