Hot Manjari 64% Dark Chocolate Chips, 250g Ingredients Brands|French Ingredients

Valrhona Manjari 64% dark chocolate chips are fresh and tangy with a lingering deep chocolate finish. The first choice of patisserie chefs across the world, these chips have a perfect balance of cocoa solids and sugar. The Manjari chocolate contains a minimum of 64% cocoa solids and is made from a single variety of Madagascar cocoa bean.

The individually moulded chocolate chips are easy to weigh out and very quick to melt with their trademark Valrhona feves or bean shape – great for producing consistent results. Use these chocolate chips when making tortes, ganache and adding to cookies.

Loved by pastry chefs across the world including Claire Heitzler – a French pastry chef, previously of Ladurée, Lasserre and Ritz Paris, Philip Skinazi of ‎The Gleneagles Hotel, and Oriol Balaguer, ex El Bulli, these 250g bags now let you create professional-quality desserts, at home.
