Hot Freeze Dried Whole Raspberries, 90g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

These freeze-dried whole raspberries from ZingyZoo are a fruity, crunchy addition to your breakfast bowl. Made with no additives, these raspberries are freeze-dried under a vacuum. This not only preserves the nutritional content but their delicious flavour and vibrant colour.

As well as being delicious in the morning, these raspberries work brilliantly in recipes. The low water content prevents the texture of the dish being altered. Crush and colour mousses and purees or stir whole through cake batters.

ZingyZoo makes all their snacks with 100% real fruit and nothing else. Just the purest, most delicious taste of extraordinary fruit from across the globe. They want to steer the food industry away from highly-processed snacks, to celebrating nature’s finest ingredients.
