Hot Freeze Dried Raspberry Pieces, 100g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Use ZingyZoo’s freeze-dried raspberry pieces for intense flavour, colour and delicious crunch! Made with no additives, the raspberry pieces are freeze-dried under a vacuum. This not only preserves the nutritional content but the fruity taste and vibrant colour.

Add these raspberry pieces to your morning cereal or yoghurt. They also work brilliantly in recipes or for decorations. They add raspberry flavour without the fruit’s water content altering the recipe balance. Garnish parfaits, ripple through white chocolate ganache or coat chocolate truffles for a pop of colour.

ZingyZoo makes all their snacks with 100% real fruit and nothing else. Just the purest, most delicious taste of extraordinary fruit from across the globe. They want to steer the food industry away from highly-processed snacks, to celebrating nature’s finest ingredients.
