Hot Black Truffle Slices in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 45g Ingredients Brands|Greek Ingredients

Create show-stopping dishes with Ergon Originals black truffle slices. They are preserved in extra virgin olive oil which complements their earthy flavour.

Black truffle is a luxurious addition to your culinary creations. The rich, almost nutty taste works beautifully with steak and poultry. Arrange the slices on top of a rib eye or push them under the skin of a roast chicken. They will infuse the meat as it cooks, filling your kitchen with an irresistible aroma.

The slices are ready to use, either during cooking or as a finishing touch. Add them to Dauphinoise potatoes or a creamy sauce for pasta. Truffle slices are an indulgent garnish for scrambled eggs and mushroom risotto.

Once the slices are finished, you can cook with the infused olive oil. Drizzle it over celeriac soup or add a splash to mashed potato.
