Greek Orange Blossom Honey, 280g Ingredients Brands|Greek Ingredients

Greek orange blossom honey is a wonderful way to sweeten drinks and desserts. It comes from the Taygetus mountain range on the Peloponnese peninsula. Here, bees feast on orange blossoms grown in the Greek sunshine.

The result of their endeavours is this glorious, golden honey. It’s sweet and aromatic with bright, citrusy notes. The floral taste works beautifully in cakes and pastries.

Orange blossom honey gives breakfast a Mediterranean flavour. Drizzle it over pancakes, oatmeal and Greek yoghurt. It’s a lovely way to sweeten your morning brew.

Orange blossom honey is great for baking, too. Its mellow sweetness is perfect for baklava and moist olive oil cakes. We like to use it in vinaigrettes and glazes for root vegetables.
