Dried Orange & Lime Slices, 30g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

Add dried orange and lime slices to G&Ts and tropical mocktails. They’re especially delicious in rum-based drinks, like this Trinidad sour. The drying process intensifies their tangy citrus flavour.

Dried citrus slices are bursting with flavour, and are incredibly versatile. You can use them to garnish desserts and flavour syrups and cordials. Try arranging the slices on top of iced cakes and possets.

Orange slices look great in a Negroni or Aperol spritz. We like to add lime slices to mojitos and margaritas. When you don’t have fresh limes to hand, dried slices are the next best thing.

Botanic & Fruits specialise in dried and dehydrated fruit. The dehydration process locks in the natural flavours and aromas of the fruit. Their products are used by hospitality professionals and home mixologists. Create garnishes, infusions and more with their dried fruit slices.

Store in a cool, dry place.
