Discount Stainless Steel Plate Lifter Chinese Ingredients|Kitchen Tools & Utensils

Use this stainless steel plate lifter to remove hot plates from steamer baskets. Lifters like these are very popular in Chinese restaurant kitchens.

The plate lifter acts like a claw to grab your plate or bowl. The curved ends lock underneath to secure the plate while you remove it from the steamer. You can then transfer it to a heat-proof mat or surface.

This handy kitchen tool keeps your hands safe from hot crockery, preventing burns and spills. It’s ideal for handling plates filled with dim sum and steamed scallops.
