Discount Organic Tandoori Masala, 50g Indian Ingredients|Herbs & Spices

Tandoori masala is an Indian spice blend for grilled meat. It’s typically used to marinate skewers of chicken before they are cooked in a tandoor. With this spice mix in your cupboard, you can enjoy restaurant-quality tandoori chicken at home.

Mix tandoori masala with oil or Greek yoghurt to marinate meat and fish. The spicy Indian flavours also work well with vegetables and paneer. For the best flavour, marinate your ingredients for a few hours or even overnight before grilling.

Mill & Mortar use organic ingredients to create an authentic Indian spice blend. Tandoori masala combines cinnamon, cloves and coriander with fragrant cardamom and curry leaves. Cumin adds earthy notes, while paprika turns your meat that appetising red colour.

Serve tandoori chicken with cooling raita, chutneys and onion salad. It’s delicious over rice, in wraps or on top of a green salad.

Not just for grilling, tandoori masala gives all kinds of recipes an Indian twist. Add a pinch to your onion bhaji mix or sprinkle over roast potatoes.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
