Discount Minus 8 Vinegar L8 Harvest, 200ml Ingredients Brands|Oil, Vinegar & Dressings

Add a splash of L8 Harvest vinegar to sauces and vinaigrettes. Produced in small batches by Minus 8, it has a lively, sweet-sour flavour.

L8 Harvest vinegar is made from grapes harvested in winter. They are pressed while they are still frozen solid. The juice, known as ice wine, is rich and naturally sweet. Minus 8 uses traditional methods to transform it into vinegar.

The amber-coloured vinegar has a lingering sour finish. It’s a great way to cut through the richness of roasted meat and oily fish. You can use it in marinades or as a finishing vinegar. It’s great for deglazing your pan after frying pork chops.

Mix L8 Harvest vinegar with olive oil, garlic and mustard to make a zingy dressing. Toss with peppery rocket and bitter leaves like chicory and endive. The tangy flavours also complement roasted vegetables like squash and parsnips.
