Discount Freeze Dried Whole Sour Cherry, 90g Ingredients Brands|Baking Ingredients

ZingyZoo freeze-dried whole sour cherries are a burst of sweet, tart and tangy flavour. Made with no additives, these sour cherries are freeze-dried under a vacuum to create their delicious crunch. This not only preserves the nutritional content but flavour and rich colour. They are a delicious addition to your morning breakfast.

Enjoy these freeze-dried whole sour cherries mixed through yoghurt or sprinkled on top of porridge. They also work beautifully in baking. Stir into mousses, batters and cake mixes. Their lightness stops them sinking to the bottom, as well as not altering texture with the fruit’s water content. Alternatively, try blending into a powder to flavour mousses, purees and glazes.

ZingyZoo makes all their snacks with 100% real fruit and nothing else. Just the purest, most delicious taste of extraordinary fruit from across the globe. They want to steer the food industry away from highly-processed snacks, to celebrating nature’s finest ingredients.
