Use Ravifruit banana purée to make ice cream, mousses and smoothies. It turns the fruit bowl favourite into a smooth, creamy purée. Made without artificial flavourings, it tastes just like a ripe banana.

Add the purée to pastry cream to make a delicious filling for cakes and éclairs. It’s also great for making ganache and milkshakes. For a retro cocktail, use this fruity purée to make a banana daiquiri. Combine it with white rum, ice and lime juice and blend to a smooth, slushy consistency.

Made with 90% fruit and 10% sugar, Ravifruit purées are 100% natural. They are flash-pasteurised to preserve the fresh fruit flavour. You can store the cartons in your pantry for up to a year.
